As the recipient, you are in the best position to follow up on when to receive your parcel. For those who are hardly home to receive their parcel, please send an email immediately after you place an order to confirm that the parcel should be sent to a collection point close to your address. When your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to the email specified on the order. Please specify your best email so that you can track the delivery using the tracking link sent to the specified email.
Pre-ordered items are dispatched after stock is made available from Longrich. Delivery dates for backorders can only be confirmed after they are supplied by Longrich
